This scrapbook page contains a certificate from the American Red Cross Association granting Elizabeth Byrd Membership. The page also contains a telegram from a Girl Scout Camp in Tampa Fl. Ms. Byrd received her membership certificate with the American Red Cross on May 23, 1923. Elizabeth Byrd Taylor was appointed to be a Life Saving Examiner for the American Red Cross. Ms. Byrd was invited to participate in Girl Scout Camp from June- July as a swimming instructor.
