Page 4 starts with the continuation of an article from page 3 about Florida education. Next is a small blurb titled "Senior and Junior Normal Picnic" about how the Senior and Junior Normals went to Lake Bradford the past Sunday. Next is an empty space that will next week be filled by Hicks' Drug Store No. 2. The next entire column is an article about the Kindergarten Department, and about how a normal day in Kindergarten works. The next column features two articles and a blurb. The first, titled "Exchanges", features personal notes. The second, is about what "american boys" need versus "american girls". For boys, examples are such as an observing father and respect for the aged, along with a good whipping when unruly and more knowledge of universal history. In comparison, for girls it consists of a lower voice, quieter manners, more modesty in dress, and an ignoring of "nerves". Last article is on World News, and features different blurbs about things going on in the government, or demonstrations happening worldwide. Goes into the fourth and final column as well. Other half of the fourth column is an area that simply is reserved for Patronize Flambeau Advertisers.
For Page 5, in the first column features a story continued from page one, titled "F.S.C. Honored by Distinguished Visitor". Speaks about the effect of the war on America. Next is a blurb titled "Senior-Sophomore Picnic" about how the senior class entertained the sophomores with a picnic outside of Bryan Hall, and then going out to the country club. The night ended with a camp-fire and toasting marshmallows. Next blub in the second column is titled "Senator Duncan U Fletcher Visits F.S.C" and is also continued from page one. Last article in the second column is titled "Student Body Accepts Principles of Self-Government", and discusses how after a long and drawn out controversy, student government will occur in schools after a vote of 110 to 92. One ad is featured at the bottom of the first and second column posted by "Guerry's", phone 481, for new arrivals, such as wash dresses, waists, skirts, and bathing suits. Third and fourth column are solely advertisements. Third column starts off with one for Hill's Book Store for College and School supplies, as well as magazines and newspapers. Next is for E.G. Adams St., Tallahassee, Fl. The last ad is for Holmes Drug Co., phone #3.
On page 6, the top half of the first and second column is dedicated to "Flambeau Flickers", which seem to be little jokes put into the paper. The bottom half is advertisements.
