LIBRARY RULES.
1: Talking and studying together absolutely forbidden.
2: No books should be taken from the Library without being charged by the Librarian, and when returned should be placed on the desk in the main reading room.
3: Books may be kept ONE week, and if desired may be bro't to the Librarian and renewed for another week. A fine of one cent a day (including Sundays and Holidays) will be imposed upon the student who keeps a book overtime.
4: Any damage to books, such as turned and torn pages, writing in books, etc., will be charged to the student. Lost volumes must be replaced or paid for.
5: Under no circumstances may magazines be taken from the Library.
